It is waterproof birch plywood overlaid with a waterproof phenol film on both the sides. A phenol film is ABSORBEX KRAFT paper impregnated with phenol resins. Both sides of plywood have wire mesh pattern W/W or one side has a rough wire mesh pattern and another side is smooth W/F.
Film colour:
Usually the colour is dark brown. Other standard colours are light brown, green, black.Grey and red colours are made on special order.
Phenol film weights by its colours:
Dark brown - 120 g/m2 , 220 g/m2
Black- 120 g/m2
Light brown - 120 g/m2
Green - 120 g/m2
Red - 220 g/m2
Grey - 174 g/m2
Formaldehyde emission :
In accordance with the standard EN 13986 formaldehyde emission meets the Class E1 requirements. Test method EN 717 Part 2.
