Armoured doors

Doors are manufactured from 2 mm thick steel sheet and squire pipe (20x40 mm). A door is immobilized with 2 or more (at customer's request) 12 mm diameter tempered steel pins protecting door from being taken out by cutting off the hinges. It is filled with heat and sound insulating material - rock wool or foam polystyrene (at customer's request).

A door case is made from a squire pipe (40x60 mm). A door is mounted with 8 (12) 12 mm diameter pins.

The door finishing available:

Laminated chipboard - suitable for indoor use only.

Film faced plywood - suitable for outdoor use.

Painted plywood - suitable for outdoor use.

Solid wood screen - suitable for outdoor use.

Secure and reliable locks are mounted in doors. It is Cisa (a leader among manufacturers of locks for armoured doors) deadbolt lock certified in accordance to ISO 9001 standard. This safe anti-theft lock with three direction locking points is protected against drilling, acid impact and freezing. This lock can be used together with ABLOY LC 200 lock case from Abloy (Finland), with Assa (Sweden) or Abloy cylinders: an ordinary core cylinder, a safe lock type cylinder controlled by discs or a disklock pro type cylinder. This lock with 11 discs has 1970000 key combinations and its keys are manufactured only by authorized representatives. This lock is resistant to freezing, protected against drilling, and in case of drilling out trough its locking remains.

Painted doors

These doors are manufactured on individual projects. Doors can be made with carvings, glasses in various forms and sizes, glass packages; they can be bonded with various small frames, etc. These doors, depending on the construction, can be both exterior and interior doors.

Exterior doors are made 5-7.5 cm thick. The frame for such doors is made of wood with 3.3 or 3.8 cm thick RB board inside. Depending on the construction the sound insulation of a door can vary from 30 to 44 dB (according to the recommendations of specialists this parameter for an exterior door should not be less than 30 dB), the fire resistance from 30 to 60 minutes. On both sides of a door aluminium sheets are mounted to increase the resistance to moisture. The finish is made of 3 mm thick HDF board which is resistant to moisture as well. The thermal resistance factor of this door is 1-1.7 (dependent on the construction).

Interior doors are made 4-7.5 cm thick. The frame for such doors is made of wood with 3.3 or 3.8 cm thick RB board. Depending on the design the sound insulation of a door can vary from 28 to 44 dB, the fire resistance from 30 to 60 minutes. The finish is made of 3 mm thick HDF board. The thermal resistance factor of this door is 1-1.7 (dependent on the construction).

Veneered and wooden doors

We make veneered and natural solid wood panel doors ranging in fir, deal, ashen and oaken timber. These timbers can be shaded in different colours. The timber is thoroughly selected from trees cut in winter and dried up in own hothouses.

Exterior doors are made 5 cm thick. It's a special construction door with a wooden frame. Instead of ordinary inside panels rock wool is put, whereas on the top the face panel is placed. In this way, the thermal resistance of a door is increased as the thickness of ordinary panel door at the place of a panel is usually too narrow for outdoor conditions. The case of this door is 5.3 cm thick.

Interior doors are made 4 cm thick and it case is 4 cm thick.

Locks

We offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor locks, door handles of various designs and coatings, hinges and other door accessories.

For exterior doors we can offer locks with one or two latches having safe locking mechanisms manufactured by the Scandinavian corporation Abloy-Assa as well as locks with safe locking mechanisms manufactured by Cisa the acknowledged manufacturer of locks in Europe.

For interior doors we can offer a wide range of locks and handles of the Finish manufacturer Abloy as well as handles of the Italian manufacturers Pasotti and Frascio. These are door handles of various designs and range of colours (glittering brass, matted brass, nickel, matted nickel and painted).

We also offer strong and safe hinges of the Finish manufacturer Fiskars both for exterior and interior doors.
